The fee is the same for all ages. It’s $5 per person, even for babies and toddlers using a seat. Children are not allowed to sit on their parents’ laps. They must use a seat and a car seat adapted to their weight. This is to meet the standards and requirements for wearing seatbelts on board the electric shuttle.
All children aged 2 and under who cannot sit up unaided must be placed in a car seat adapted to their size. Babies and toddlers are not allowed to be carried in your arms or on your lap. Please bring your child’s car seat. Car seats can be left in a designated area until the return trip with the shuttle. No car seats will be provided.
Dogs are not allowed inside the shuttle, with the exception of assistance dogs. However, dogs are allowed on the trails and must be kept on a leash. Leave your car at the Gros Cacouna marsh ornithological site (Kiskotuk coastal park sector) and walk to the foot of the mountain to access the Putep ‘t-awt trail. It is the owner’s responsibility to pick up after his or her dog and dispose of the bag in a garbage can.
The shuttle is not accessible to people with reduced mobility: you have to climb 4 steps. If you have reduced mobility and would like to access the first observation lookout, please contact us so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Shuttle tickets can be paid for online. It is not possible to pay your ticket to the driver. You must book your departure and return tickets. There is no discount if you only wish to make the outward or return journey. Proof of reservation will be required before boarding, both on the outward and return journey.
If the shuttle has to be cancelled for technical reasons or in the event of a violent storm, you will be informed and reimbursed. Thank you for your understanding!
It is not possible to refund or modify a ticket, unless the shuttle is cancelled. In this case, you will have the option of changing the date of your reservation or receiving a refund.
The shuttle is non-smoking. The use of cannabis or any other drug is strictly forbidden on the shuttle. Seatbelts are compulsory for everyone at all times. Don’t forget that you can book and pay for your shuttle ticket online. It is not possible to pay your ticket to the driver. You must reserve your departure AND return times.
