Reservation policy

Policy objective

WWFN has implemented a reservation policy to make your purchasing experience simple, efficient and fair. Each ticket you purchase authorizes a person(s) to attend an activity or access a service. Certain conditions apply to participation in an activity or access to a service. Please read the conditions for participation in your activity(ies) or service(s) carefully before confirming your reservation. Please consult the website tourismewahsipekuk.ca

Reservation conditions

The purchase of an activity or service can only be made via the Wahsipekuk Tourism online ticketing service. No purchases can be made on site or by telephone. You must pay in full for the activities or services you have selected.

Arrival times for an activity or service

You agree to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the activity or shuttle departure.

Currency

All activities and services take place in Canada. Prices are therefore quoted in Canadian dollars.

Payment methods

You can pay for your reservations with VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.

Conditions for cancellation or postponement of an activity or service

Activities and shuttle services take place even in the event of rain, since the locations where activities take place are covered and protected from bad weather.

NO refunds or postponements will be made if you are unable to attend your activity or use your service. The same applies if you arrive late to your activity or to catch your shuttle.

Only the WWFN can cancel or postpone an activity or service, for example for technical reasons or in the event of a severe storm. You will then be informed by a WWFN representative. You will be offered the option of a refund or postponement subject to availability.

Verification of billing information

Orders are processed only after verification of the billing address and other billing information. Inaccurate billing or credit card information may delay processing or even prevent your tickets from being ordered. Please be careful when entering your personal information.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail after submitting payment information, if you receive an error message or if there is an interruption of service after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to check with WWFN Customer Service to find out whether or not your order has been processed, by writing to info@tourismewahsipekuk.ca. You are the only person who knows about any problems encountered during the purchasing process.

E-ticket delivery methods

Electronic tickets are delivered by e-mail. You can print them out yourself, but the unique code (QR code) must be legible.

You can also present the QR code directly on your smartphone, which we strongly suggest, to help preserve our environment.

Pricing errors

If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect, whether due to the erroneous publication of the price on this website or in any other communication, then the WWFN reserves the right to cancel the ticket (or the sale of the ticket) and refund to you the amount paid. This applies whether due to human error or technical failure of this website or any other system operated by WWFN or its supplier.

Confidentiality of your personal data

The WWFN is committed to protecting your personal information with rigor and respect for privacy, in accordance with the new provisions of Law 25.

Damage

Any damage or broken items must be reported by the customer to the WWFN as soon as possible.

Liability for loss, theft and/or breakage

The WWFN accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, whether on the shuttle, on the trails or in the common areas of the site.

Liability for accidents

Customers and their guests acknowledge and agree to use the buildings, lookouts and trails at their own risk. They waive all claims against the WWFN, its employees and any subcontractors for any accident, whether minor or fatal, or injury sustained on the premises.
